WORLDWIDE EXCHANGE SHIPPING POLICY
Wrong size or changed your mind? Exchanges are simple — once we receive your original item, approve its condition, and settle any price difference, we ship your replacement.
1. Send Your Item To Us
Once your exchange is approved, ship your original item to:

Your item must arrive in perfect condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, and clean
- All tags and labels still attached
- In its original packaging
Items that are worn, damaged, or missing their original tags cannot be exchanged.
2. Send Us Your Tracking Number
After you ship, email your tracking number to md.fashionwear@outlook.com with subject:
Exchange Tracking – Order #[your order number]
This lets us follow your parcel and prepare your exchange as quickly as possible.
3. We Inspect Your Return
As soon as your item arrives, we check it against the exchange requirements above.
4. We Confirm Your Exchange
Once your return is approved, we confirm your replacement item and let you know if a price difference applies.
5. Complete Your Exchange
If your new item costs more than the original, you pay the difference before your replacement is shipped. Once everything is confirmed, we dispatch your new piece as quickly as possible.
If something isn’t right, we’ll help you make it right. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly with the full return address and instructions — this makes sure your parcel reaches the right place and your refund isn’t delayed.
To Be Accepted, Items Must Be
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- With all original tags still attached
- In their original packaging

You arrange and cover return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — it protects your parcel and lets you follow it the whole way.

After Shipping
Email your tracking number to md.fashionwear@outlook.com with subject:

Once we receive your item, we’ll process your return within 7–14 business days.

- You will receive an email with return instructions and our warehouse address.
- Pack and ship your item, then reply to the email with your tracking number.
- Once we receive your item, your exchange will ship within 7–14 business days.
- Any applicable shipping costs or price differences will be invoiced separately before dispatch.
