Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within this time frame to be accepted
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled
Exchanges, Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds are not available for Lebanon
- Exchanges are available within 2 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request store credit instead of a refund
- Store credit can be used on future purchases on our website
- Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue
- Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value

- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with original tags and packaging
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund
- Store credit can be used on future purchases on our website
- Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable
