Delivery Times

  • In-stock items: 2–5 business days
  • Pre-order items: 15–20 business days

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within this time frame to be accepted
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled

Exchanges, Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are not available for Lebanon
  • Exchanges are available within 2 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request store credit instead of a refund
  • Store credit can be used on future purchases on our website
  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue
  • Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value

  • Refunds are available in accordance with applicable international consumer protection laws
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with original tags and packaging
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund
  • Store credit can be used on future purchases on our website
  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable
