Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Lebanon

• In-stock items: 2–5 business days
• Pre-order items: 15–20 business days

Middle East

• In-stock items: 15–20 business days
• Pre-order items: 15–25 business days

Delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, or external factors are beyond our control.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase. Cancellation requests submitted after this period, or after the order has been processed or shipped, will not be accepted.

7. Store Credit

Store credit may only be used on this website and cannot be exchanged for cash. Store credit must be used within the stated validity period. Expired store credit will not be reissued.
