Exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the date the order is received.

Return & Exchange Period
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date the order is received.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Send Your Return

• Before sending your return, you must first fill out our return form here. After filling out the form our team will approve the return ands send you the shipping address to ship your return.

• Drop off at your nearest post office
  Simply bring the parcel along with our return address, and they will help you ship it internationally.
• Book a courier pickup
  You can arrange a pickup from your home using services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or your local courier app.

Once your parcel has been shipped, please send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return on our end.

Wrong Item / Defective Item

• A store credit will be issued
• Store credit is valid for 1 month
• Store credit can be used on any item
• The new item must be of equal or higher value
