Exchange Period

Exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the date your order is received.

What You Can Exchange For

You can exchange your item for the same item in a different size, or for any of our direct delivery items (2–5 business days delivery).

Conditions for Exchange

• Item must be clean
• Item must be unworn
• Item must be in the same condition as received
• Original packaging must remain intact

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for Lebanon orders.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Swimwear & Swimsuits

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear and swimsuits are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Bags

Bags are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Shoes

Shoes are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers should carefully select the correct size before placing an order.
