- In the same condition as received
Refunds are not available for Lebanon orders.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Swimwear & Swimsuits
For hygiene reasons, all swimwear and swimsuit items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Shoes

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a customer receives the wrong item or there is a confirmed issue:
- Store credit will be provided
- Store credit is valid for 1 month
- Store credit can only be used on this website
- The new item must be equal to or higher in value than the original purchase
Store credit is not exchangeable for cash.
Swimwear & Swimsuits
Due to hygiene regulations, swimwear and swimsuit items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Shoes
Shoes are not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.
Bags
Bags are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to be completed, depending on the payment provider, bank, and country.
