1. General

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use or place orders through this website.

This website is operated by MDFASHIONWEAR LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page.

Product images and descriptions are provided for reference only. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product information at any time.

3. Orders

When placing an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected items.

An order is considered confirmed only when payment has been successfully processed, or when a Cash on Delivery (COD) order has been placed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

If a payment fails, is cancelled, or is declined, the order is not placed and will not be processed.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices may change without prior notice.

We accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Whish Money
• All major credit and debit cards

All payments must be successfully authorised before an order is confirmed. Orders with cancelled, declined or failed payments are not processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• In-stock items: 2–5 business days
• Pre-order items: 15–20 business days

Pre-order pieces may still be finishing production, so this window can shift — we'll let you know as soon as we hear anything.

If part of your order is ready before the rest, we'll send it ahead in a separate shipment. You'll only ever be charged one delivery fee, no matter how many parts your order arrives in.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, courier services, or other external factors are outside our control, and we will keep you updated if one occurs.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests submitted after this period, or after the order has been processed or shipped, cannot be accepted.

Pre-order items requiring a 10% deposit at checkout keep that deposit non-refundable, even inside the 48-hour window.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the date the order is received.

Items must be clean, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact.

Refunds are not available for Lebanon orders. Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Swimwear & Swimsuits

For hygiene reasons, all swimwear and swimsuit items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Bags

All bag purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Shoes

All shoe purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please select your size carefully before ordering.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos and design — belongs to MDFASHIONWEAR LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing here removes any statutory consumer rights you have in your own country.
