We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page.

Product images and descriptions are provided for reference only. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product information at any time.

3. Orders

When placing an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected items.

An order is considered confirmed only when:

Payment has been successfully processed, or
A Cash on Delivery (COD) order has been placed (Lebanon only).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

If a payment fails, is cancelled, or is declined, the order is not placed and will not be processed.

We accept:

All major credit and debit cards

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for worldwide orders.

All payments must be successfully authorized before an order is confirmed.

We are not responsible for cancelled, declined, or failed payments.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

🇱🇧 Lebanon

In-stock items: 2–5 business days
Pre-order items: 15–20 business days

🌍 Worldwide

All items: 15–25 business days

Delays caused by customs, courier services, or external factors are beyond our control.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.

Cancellation requests submitted after this period, or after the order has been processed or shipped, will not be accepted.

7. Exchanges & Returns

🇱🇧 Lebanon

Exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the date the order is received.

Items must be:

Clean
Unworn
In the same condition as received

Refunds are not available for Lebanon orders.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

🌍 Worldwide

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the date the order is received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
MD Fashionwear is not responsible for return shipping costs.

If a customer receives the wrong item or there is a confirmed issue:

A store credit will be issued
Store credit is valid for 1 month
Store credit can only be used on this website
The new item must be equal to or higher in value than the original purchase

Store credit is not exchangeable for cash.
